Can I make a return?

Returns and replacements are not accepted once the order has been received by a verified customer/recipient. If the incorrect item is delivered or the item is spoiled, contaminated or otherwise not consumable, please reach out to us at support@saucey.com.

For shipping orders, please note the cost of the item will be refunded, but we will need to re-coup the cost of shipping as well as a $17 restocking fee. Thank you for understanding.
